As a high-tech company held by CETC (China Electronics Technology Group Corporation), System Equipment Co., Ltd of the 28th Research Institute (Li Yang) specializes in developing and selling military and civil shelters, panel bodies and electronic system integration in shelter bodies.
There are over 500 staffs in the company, including 107 specialists in technical development and management, 11 high engineers and 3 researcher-level high engineers.
The company receives over 20 years’ manufacturing experience and mature producing technique from the 28th research institute of CETC. It has provided thousands of qualified shelters and excellent services for army, navy, air force, the second artillery, general armament department and armed police of the PLA, etc. Moreover, it makes great progress in civil fields of oil exploration, emergency command post for civil defense, containerized detecting shelters, mobile communication shelters and new composite materials, forming a new product and industry chain gradually.
There are many sets of machining and detecting equipment imported from Europe and Japan with scientific, practical, effective and reasonable producing process in the company. With four product lines of shelter, it can produce more than 1,000 shelters and 150,000 m2 honeycomb sandwich panels every year.
